Abstract
Objective: This research will compare the difference of visual analysis assignment performance skills of left hemisphere damaged apraxia patients.

Methods: The targets of this research are a total of 9 patients with damage in the left hemisphere. 5 are patients who do not have apraxia and 4 are patients who have apraxia. With the visual analysis assignment made temporarily, the accuracy and response time were compared.

Results: As a results of the accuracy comparison between the two groups, during the pattern recogni-tion, the recognition of triangle and square was the same, and there was no significant differ-ence in the accuracy of recognizing T-form and hand motions. However, the control group was significantly higher compared to the experiment group for the upper extremity motion accuracy. The response time did not show significant difference between both groups.
Conclusion: Through this research, the patients with apraxia were more insufficient in recognizing the upper extremity motions compared to the patients with no apraxia. There is a need for research in the site of sensory information change based on the neurocognitive rehabilitation theory.
